A big challenge for us is that we have at least 2-4 new teachers every single year (in a school with 10 classrooms), so spend a lot of time reteaching content for the adults and getting people on board each year. We do have more than the 80% which is good. I have found that we are actually doing a lot of the Tier 2 stuff already, just without calling it that or realising that it was 'extra' if that makes sense. I was fortunate to have buy in from 100% of staff which made such a huge difference. I think labelling the behaviour not the child is really important, like you mentioned. What challenges did you face as you moved into Tier 2?
